JOB PURPOSE/MISSION:

The Sales Manager will drive the company’s success by maximizing profitable revenue within the Italian B&A market. She/he will lead and coach account and new business executives on maintaining and developing existing and new customers, while optimizing quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.      


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach/exceed all financial objectives.  
  • Grow Ingenico’s share of the market.
  • Develop, maintain, manage and grow the established client base to drive sales and profit growth.  
  • Implement and lead an effective use of a strategic sales methodology.  
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that maximize sales opportunities.
  • Deliver effective presentations including proposals to customers and business reviews to management.   
  • Close sales and effectively communicate the value of Ingenico solutions and how they will meet the customers’ needs and business objectives.
  • Forecast accurately and work closely with the rest of the leadership team to effectively plan demand.

 

Experience Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of successful complex solutions & services sales.
  • 5+ years of sales preferably with background in B2B financial technology to retailers.
  • Experience in the payments sector is advantage. A track record of strong sales performance.
  • The successful candidate will be smart, curious, persuasive and with a strong focus on business performance and empowerment.
