In our office in Johannesburg, South Africa we are currently looking for:

Channels & Transformation Manager

The purpose of the role is to implement a Channels program to foster the relationship between partners and Ingenico Group for a win-win collaboration

Key responsibilities:

  • Auditing the partners’ capabilities
  • Writing a certification program
  • Putting in place a training program
  • Setting up a communication plan with partners and executing it
  • Supporting partners in business opportunities
  • Defining specific KPIs to monitor partners’ performance and compliance with the program
  • Demonstrating a high level of critical thinking and problem resolution for new and existing processes
  • Assessing the market potential
  • Managing complex project across a multi-functional team: coordinating and building strong working relations with various internal organizations including; IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, & Operations
  • Presenting the outcome of the project to the management
  • Being the programs internal advocate

 Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ of relevant professional experience, a business consulting experience would be a plus 
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or Master’s Degree in Communication / Marketing
  • Project management skills
  • Innovation and Change management capabilities
  • External Relationships Management
  • Past experience in the payment industry (would be a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong summarizing & critical analysis capabilities
  • Planning and anticipation skills
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Languages: English, French  will be considered as a strong advantage
