Field Service - Material Fulfillment Specialist
About the role
The main purpose of the role is to monitor and analyse external stock level and plan orders to ensure adequate stock is available to technical network to perform daily field services activities e.g. installation, maintenance, etc.
Key responsibilities:
- To forecast and demand planning to sustain roll-out and installation campaign also managing accessories any other needed materials,
- To manage annual inventories in field service area and related monthly swap stock trends,
- To develop innovative solutions to improve service level and costs,
- To improve the logical flow to ensure that the most efficient shipping and delivery methods are in place,
- To manage warehouse IT registration system,
- To manage Consignment Stock on behalf of the customer,
- To control physical and financial field service stock.
Requirements:
- To organize the supply phases of the warehouses located in the territory,
- To plan the stocks of the technical network and monitor the consumption and the return of the material to the central warehouse,
- To maintain logistic models to keep inventory low in respect of SLA,
- To bring hands on experience with supply chain management software.
